Per platform policy: where surgery is unsuccessful and the patient passes away, repatriation costs to transport the body are funded by the respective Embassy, and the FRRO (Foreigners Regional Registration Office) facilitates all exit formalities. The platform coordinates hospital documentation, the death certificate, and airline clearances in one checklist.
Coordination duties
This dashboard mirrors the case file in real time: arrivals, admissions, discharge dates and emergencies for every citizen who consented to consular tracking. Approvals stay with the Ministry of Health; the Embassy handles visa facilitation, family liaison, sponsored-patient coordination with the Abu Dhabi Organisation, and special cases.
